Rob Dickson is a songwriter and musician based in Whitehorse, YT. His songs emerge from a place of discovery, of seeking solidity and forming identity. Dickson's lyrics are both narrative and impressionistic, often revealing common experiences in gently transgressive light. The project's foundation is the pairing of Dickson's voice along with cyclic and melodic guitar. Through collaboration with a range of accompanists from across the continent, the songs expand, blending folk music with orchestral elements and progressive pop.
